About Me

- My name is Brandon Fike and I'm from California. I graduated from University in 2003 which a Bachelor's Degree in both Psychology and Philosophy. I then spent the majority of 2003-2009 teaching English in China and also a bit in Thailand. In 2010 I enlisted in the US Navy, entered the DEP (Delayed Entry Program) for one year and then served from 2011-2015 as an Aviation Electronics Technician and was stationed in Atsugi, Japan. I completed three 6-month deployments on the USS George Washington and received an Honorable Discharge in June 2015. I will return to China in September 2015 to teach English again as well as collect photos, memories and include both in this blog.
