4 years later
Not sure how to start this. I joined the Navy 4 or 5 years ago and have nearly finished my contract. It has been a long, interesting journey and I am glad that it is coming to an end. I am ready for my next adventure. I started this blog expecting to document my daily or weekly experiences in the Navy but kind of forgot about this blog. That and I didn't realize how busy and demanding Navy life would be. Being stationed in Japan was amazing, I really enjoyed my time here and went to some fascinating places and took thousands of photos. I am also happy to have met a very special woman who I hope will be my friend forever. I went to see her this weekend in Kyoto and thought I would post a photo of her here to look at someday in the future.
