So my wife and I are currently in Sorsogon which is located in the Philippines, my wife's hometown. I love this country! The first time I came here was with the US Navy way back in October 2012, over 7 years ago! It's hard to believe that it's been that long. The second time I came to the Philippines wasn't until January 2017 -- over 4 years later, such a long time! Ever since January 2017 I have been coming to the Philippines every year. My wife and I went to Cambodia and Thailand during the summer of 2017 and I proposed. I went back to China, worked, saved money for our wedding and then returned in 2018. We were married on February 16, 2018 and recently celebrated our two year anniversary here in the Philippines. Life has been good to me ever since I got out of the Navy. I've traveled, I'm married, we own a house and I am pursuing an MA in Education.
